This website presents accommodation managed by TP Exclusive Stays and lets you send an enquiry. It is not a booking or payment platform. Submitting an enquiry does not create a reservation or any obligation on either side.

Accuracy of information

We aim to keep property descriptions, amenities and local information accurate and up to date, but details can change. Anything important to your stay will be confirmed with you directly before you book.

Where we link to Airbnb, that content is controlled by Airbnb and its hosts, not by us.

Bookings and payment

Any booking, deposit, payment terms, cancellation terms and house rules are agreed separately once we've confirmed availability. No payment is taken through this website.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the enquiry form (for example, automated submissions, spam or abusive content). We may block access where the form is misused.

Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself, separate from any stay you go on to book with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
