How does booking actually work?

This website is for enquiries, not instant booking. You send us the details, we confirm availability and answer any questions, and we then arrange the stay with you directly. Where it makes sense, we can also point you to the relevant Airbnb listing to continue there.

Yes — that's exactly what the enquiry form is for. Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to a booking. It just starts a conversation so we can check dates and talk through what you need.

Can I pay or book directly on this website?

No. There are no payments, checkout or online booking here by design. Any booking and payment is arranged separately once we've confirmed the details with you.

Where exactly are the stays?

Most are at Laurieston Inn, a small guest house in Laurieston on the south-east side of Falkirk; the house (Windsor House) is elsewhere in Falkirk. Property pages show the general area rather than a precise address; we share the full address and access details once a stay is arranged.

Yes. The rooms and the penthouse all have a dedicated desk, high-speed Wi-Fi with a wired Ethernet option, and contactless self check-in. Each property page lists the workspace and amenities so you can check before enquiring.

It varies. The Premium, Executive King and Stylish en-suite rooms each have their own private walk-in shower room. The Double Room uses a shared bathroom. The penthouse and Windsor House each have their own bathroom. It's stated clearly on every property page.
