A small hospitality company, run personally
TP Exclusive Stays is a small, personally run operation. Most of the stays are private en-suite rooms at Laurieston Inn, a modern guest suite in Laurieston with a shared kitchen and laundry. There is also a self-contained two-bedroom penthouse in the same building, and an entire house elsewhere in Falkirk.
Every stay has free parking and contactless self check-in. Laurieston sits roughly midway between Glasgow and Edinburgh, which makes it a practical base for getting around Central Scotland.
Everything is hosted on Airbnb by the owner, who is an established Airbnb Superhost. This website is run by the same person: send an enquiry here and you're dealing directly with whoever looks after the place — there's no agency or call centre in between.
